- Keep: the post worked and should stay in the content system.
- Fix: the idea was strong but the hook, structure, CTA, or timing was weak.
- Repurpose: the post should become another format or platform variant.
- Retire: the format or topic pulled the wrong audience or created no useful signal.
- Test again: the signal is promising but needs one controlled experiment.
