Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Repping.AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We've tried to keep the language plain — defined terms are bolded the first time they appear.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Repping.AI (“Repping.AI”, “we”, “us”). If you are using Repping.AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most of the platform. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly at /contact of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. Account closure is described further in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Polar, who acts as our merchant of record (“MoR”). That means Polar is the seller of record for tax, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, and secure card-data handling. Their terms of service and privacy notice also apply to the transaction.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming period and recur automatically at the disclosed cadence until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and unused portions are not refunded. One-time credit packs are fulfilled instantly and are non-refundable once credited to your balance.
By completing checkout you expressly consent to Repping.AI starting performance of the digital service immediately and acknowledge that any cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content available under your local law is extinguished once we begin delivering the service to your account, to the extent permitted. Full details and the discretionary refund process are in our Refund Policy.
4. Refunds
All sales are final once digital access has been delivered. Refund requests outside non-waivable statutory consumer rights are reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion. The complete process, including eligibility criteria and how to file a request, is in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or in the Refund Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, schedule, or publish through the service (“Your Content”). You grant Repping.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, transcode, cache, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you (including delivery to the third-party platforms you connect, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn).
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions necessary to publish it on the destinations you select.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or sexually exploitative of minors;
- circumvent rate limits, scrape data, or access the service through automated means without our written consent;
- upload malware or attempt to compromise the integrity of our infrastructure;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation; or
- resell the service or expose it to third parties without our consent.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
7. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party platforms and providers, including the social networks you connect to publish content (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest), Firebase Authentication (Google) for sign-in, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Resend for transactional email, PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and Trigger.dev for background job orchestration. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
When you connect a social account or publish, schedule, or sync content to a third-party platform through Repping.AI, your use of that platform is governed by that platform’s own terms of service and privacy policy. By clicking connect or publish, you agree to be bound by them, and you are responsible for reviewing, accepting, and complying with those terms and the platform’s content, community, and developer rules. In particular:
- If you use our YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- If you use our Instagram or Facebook features, you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Terms of Service, and the Meta Privacy Policy.
- If you use our TikTok features, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy.
- If you use our X (Twitter) features, you agree to the X Terms of Service and the X Privacy Policy.
- If you use our LinkedIn features, you agree to the LinkedIn User Agreement and the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
- If you use our Pinterest features, you agree to the Pinterest Terms of Service and the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
Repping.AI does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their availability, changes, outages, rate limits, API or policy changes, rejected or removed posts, content-moderation decisions, account suspensions, fees, or any other action a platform takes. Where a platform changes its API or terms in a way that affects the service, we may modify or discontinue the affected integration without liability to you.
You agree that the content you publish through the service will not violate the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any destination platform. We may refuse to publish, or remove, content that does, or that a connected platform rejects.
You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings, which revokes the access tokens you granted; revoking access through the platform’s own settings has the same effect.
Storefront payments. If you sell through a Repping.AI storefront, payouts use the supported processor you connect, currently Stripe through Stripe Connect or PayPal. Stripe sellers are bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, the Stripe Services Agreement, and the Stripe Privacy Policy. PayPal sellers are bound by the PayPal User Agreement and PayPal Privacy Statement. We are not responsible for the performance of Stripe, PayPal, or any payment processor.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including the software, design, brand assets, and documentation, is owned by Repping.AI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you here, no rights are transferred.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would expose us or other users to material risk. On termination we will, after a short grace period, delete or redact your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability caps, governing law) survive.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that posts will publish to every third-party platform on time, since those platforms can change behavior or rate-limit unpredictably.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repping.AI from any third-party claim arising from Your Content, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice (typically by email or in-app banner) before it takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
